Woodson said that we would suprise people this year,a nd that Cam is taking us in the right direction.

The other guy gave him a look like WTF? And said something along the lines of "Are you sure?":lol:
 
Well, I would like that. However, we don't really have an offense after all the cuts.
 
I think the exact question was, who in the AFCE could unseat the Pats, and Rod said the Phins, he thinks Cam will instill the decipline on this team to do just that. Even I was awe by his answer, I thought sure he'd say the Jets..
 
Actually we'll be just fine on offense using 3 WR sets soon including a certain Donte Stallworth opening up the run.
 
Man, it's awful early to be making predictions. Playoffs? Playoffs?

I think we coudl surprise a few people next year. I hope so because anything better than a .500 year would surprise me. I guess the question is what kind of record should we expect next year. I don't know how to start a thread but this question should be posed. Exactly how do you start a thread?
 
Bottom line... have we gotten better? I think so. When Nick was here we added NO ONE in FA or draft. Now, Cam and Randy are trimming the fat, adding draft picks, and we obtain possibly the top FA of the crop in Joey P. I mean come on, last year Joey H and this year Joey P? It's a no brainer. We're a better team with a better coach running things. Yeah, we could surprise. Anyone saying it's too early to speculate is glass half-empty! Only 2 years ago we were 9-7 and barely missed the playoffs... last year #4 D. Saints went 3-13 to NFC championship game... we can do the same!

All three of these scenario's are very possible especially 1 and 2
 
they said we were gonna be in the superbowl last year...
 
If we get decent play at the Quarterback position, we will be in position to win quite a few games. It's really that simple.
 
I like woodson, not because he mentioned us, but because he is not fluff and kissing the backside of teams like the Pats all the time.

I think Woodson is actually right. Our problem was on offense and Cam will make it so that we do not go 0-6 the first six games. The defense will obviously be better with Allen and the CB's one year into the system and Peasey! Remember, we kicked the crap out of the Pats 21-0 and I do not think Wes Welker will make that much of a diff against us because we know the snap count! :) some get Joey the tape please!?
