Rodger Saffold back on the free agent market/re-signs with Rams

That five year, $42.5 million contract with the Raiders is not happening. He failed his physical and reportedly Oakland now won't sign him. Wonder if Miami now takes another look at him. Guess it depends on why he failed the physical.
