two felonies and three misdemeanors...If convicted on all counts Rodgers could get 26 years in jail. However, Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office spokesman Ed Griffith said if Rodgers is convicted he would realistically face about 19 months in jail.
The trial is scheduled for Sept. 17, five days before the Dolphins host the New York Jets.
