I remember when I would think about how the "R&R express" were going to roll over the league and that the Fins running game would be virtually unstoppable. I still think that Ronnie when healthy is a bulldozer with speed and Ricky looked like a real bull out there before he was stomped to death by that giant cleat. Yes it is still a dream of mine to see Ricky and Ronnie together on the same team and both being able to contribute to the Dolphins rise out of the depths of sucktitude. I will alway be a fan but it would be nice to be in the playoffs again.:D

have faith parcells is no dummy he wont let talent go away , and R&R are talented!

I also believe when both are healthy their beasts. If Ronnie recovers from that injury he suffered, and Ricky comes back strong we can actually contend for a playoff spot.

Absolutely love the combo of Ricky and Ronnie, if our o-line can improve under Sparano, man we can have one nasty running game next year.

Have faith...you may get your wish. We re-signed Ricky. Now that can be because Bill/Jeff are thinking along the same lines as we have for the last few years. Or, hopefully not, Ronnie's injury is more severe then we know.

Ronnie/Ricky/Chatman/Booker as our RBs...behind a line that can actually open seams, yeah that would be pretty amazing.

The combo also will take pressure off the passing game and (hopefull) Beck will have time to develop without having to do to much to help us win at first. Just as Ben did in his rookie year in Pittsburgh.

Ricky is going to be 31 before next season starts... how many 'elite' 31 year old RB's can you name?

Admittedly he had some time off, but I doubt he still has the ability to lead the league in rushing.

Ricky doesnt need to be elite or lead the in rushing. He just needs to be productive and take some of the load off Ronnie, because he has proved he has a hard time staying healthy.

PS. This year I blame his injury on Cleo. That was a dumb pass.

I think if Parcells knows what he has in Ricky...which I think he does, Ricky and Ronnie will be running together again. I'd love to see them share carry's again...because I think that will prolong Ricky's career.

can you image lining up in a 3 back set, you can ricky who will plow rite thru, LoBo who could make everyone miss and ronnie who can do both, not to mention all 3 could take off and catch the ball. that is a dream right there. what we actually have is what the chargers have, an all around back(LT/RB), a plow(Turner/Williams), and a quick speed back(Sproles/Booker). look how well it work for them, not to mention after seeing what they did with 2 backs in Dallas, imagine what the staff can do with 3

I was watching those highlights of RW from 02. Man...it's easy to forget just how bat**** insane awesome RW was just a few years ago. Jesus...he's was unreal.
