for the game sunday....just came across nfl network...dunno if this has been posted or not, if so, sorry....but man...this stinks
 
We've won with out him so there's no reason to panic. Still, it's always nice to have the #2 overall pick on the field to threaten the defense. I'm guessing Jax will pay little respect to the ground game this Sunday and cheat at every opp on pass coverage. Let's hope the loss of Brown doesn't inspire MM to run twice as many reverses.
 
If the cheat in pass coverage, our running game is still decent enough to beat them. We just wont be able to run up the middle. But no can do that.
 
Sammy will step it up!!! I think he got 90+ yards last week.
 
sammy morris had 91 yards on 12 carries. Morris should have a decent game, i mean he is on roids.LOL
 
This isn't anything we didn't expect. As an earlier poster said, we've won when he had just 2 yards before so it doesn't mean we can't win. We need him for New England though.

Yes we have won with very little rushing but that can't be counted on. We all know that when your running game goes into slo mo and then stopped cold eventually you lose. But, Morris will be fine. We can still win without RB as long as Morris steps up- and I say he will!
 
We will have no problem while he is out . Most of our games were won by our defense ... and joey playing smart..hopefully he will not throw any interception that will cost us the game or the sky will be falling .. :boohoo:
 
time to use the screen pass early to stop the rush. We do need to try and keep a balanced offence and Morris has shown he has some talent.
 
i hope morris can step it up for at least this game.i think brown will play against the pats but this game really depends on if we can run the ball

Yeah I do agree that it's never easy with no running game, but I'm just saying that we can do it. But like you said, it will require Sammy Morris to step up his game.

really though, he doesnt need 100 yards in order for us to win. Would it help us win? most likely. If he can come through when we need him and even score a TD(or even 2 ) in the redzone then we'l be more than alright. But lets hope he can do this.
