I saw a preview for a special eddition of the NFL Today on CBS that says they will have a special on Ronnie Brown. Thanksgiving day at 12 eastern you guys should all watch before our game vs. the Lions. Just a heads up for those who didn't see it.

I saw that too, was he adopted or did he just spend a lot of his time with that white family?

I think he just spent a whole lot of time with them. I know his real mom was with him on draft day.

I was just going to bump this thread, but I wanted to ask what exactly you were saying.

*BUMP*

I actually think he's going to have himself a big day in front of the national audience...kind of sensed he'd like to use the audience to have a breakout game.

What do you think about his groin? I thought we'd see him used sparingly to try and rest him for the big battle of Florida.

what is he going to do tell them that he will hold the ball for olindo and when mare kicks the ball ronnie will pull the ball at the last second like lucy does charlie brown every year.:sidelol:

Nah. He got pretty well rested last week in prep for this game I think. They really went into the Vikes game thinking they were gonna pass all over them and they did...just as usual couldn't punch it into the end zone consistently.

He says his groin feels a lot better now than at this point last week and he should be good to run really well. Seemed excited about the prospect of doing well on Thanksgiving.

Especially knowing Shaun Rogers and Shaun Cody are both out. Marcus Bell is a big boy at NT but he's no Rogers. And my Jets co-writer says that when they played, the Lions had Boss Bailey at MLB and he might be the worst MLB ever to play the game lol. Right now they've got Paris Lenon in at MLB so they could move Boss back to SLB.

Kenoy Kennedy is going to be up in run support a lot in this game but if we get a hat on a hat, Ronnie blows up.

Incidentally, could be a good time to play with our new Samoan toy, Toniu Fonoti.

Hey why not? Let's see if he's got anything left in the tank.
