Ronnie could come to camp and get that 22 million faster then he will get it sitting at home. He needs to get into camp and show that he is worth it IMO and then they will give him the money. Saban has shown that he is not an idiot and i dont see a deal happening unless ronnie backs down, comes to camp, or one of our backs gets injured(knock on wood). Your hurting yourself ronnie wake up and realize it. Any thoughts?

You arnt allowed to attend camp unless you are under contract... it is a rule. He couldn't come in even if he wanted to...

Nasty

Yeah, Ronnie comes to camp without a contract and gets injured. He then receives nothing. That'd be smart of him to do. :nono:

That's nice and all, but a player has to be signed and under contract (including guaranteed money) to be able to attend camp.

for all we know he could have a play book and is studying it. he could be working out on his own...i seriously doubt ronnie is at home eating oreo's watching lifetime..

Yea that the best way to solve it i think is to meet half way.

We have already implied he is worth it by drafting him second. This is the biggest decision of his life, and I dont blame him for takinfg his time on this matter. There are more important things in life than football. Wait a second no there's not. :D

He attended all the mini-camps so I have to assume he has the playbook unless he has lost it since then.

I dont know.....Ronnie is starting to look at tad chunky lately. I remember reading somewhere that he gained a chunk of weight when cadilac arrived at Auburn. Maybe he has feel into that same behavior with Ricky being reinstated.

Well he can come but can't do anything...

Maybe if he at least sits through the meetings?

Wishful thinking as I think he cant even do that...

I don't know where this green agent stuff about Todd France started. Sure, he's a young agent, but he's good enough that he basically stole 16 clients from Lonnie Cooper when he left Cooper's Sports Management firm. Two of those clients being Priest Holmes and Takeo Spikes. Todd is considered one of the up and coming agents right now, and he represents three first round picks.
