Its best.He does not know all the plays and he is not in game shape.The risk of injuries is too great under those circumstances.

4 days of practice for a rookie does not prepare him enough to worth injuring $35 million dollars and our near future.

Whar a crock. This kid has to carry the load come season opener because Ricky won't be playing. He needs the reps to get ready. Learning during the season makes no sense to me.

Obviously im a little bit disappointed, but thats just me being selfish wanting to see him play in a meaningless game. Its for the best regardless of what we think.

He is not ready.
Good or bad, he isn't ready to go.
I think alot of fans wanted him to play so that the likelyhood of him starting come the regular season would be that much greater. If he had been studying the playbook and keeping himself ready, then maybe he would ready to play. But he isnt. At the very least is game-readiness his questionable. So it dims the spotlight just a little on the opening game. Damn hold out costing him time. This week is the final week of lots of individual coaching.

Bah...doesnt matter to me this week...
NEXT week though against the Bucs, I do expect to see him in though at least for a series...if not then I'd be more like "WTF???"...but this week I expected it after Sabans comments and the way Ricky is playing again...
