Ronnie throwing the ball away

Ive noticed a couple of times this season that when ronnie intends on passing out of the wildcat, he runs towards the sidelines and then instead of throwing the ball away when no one is open he takes a 10 yard loss. Does he not know he can throw the ball away once hes out of the pocket or what?

I'm sure he doesn't get too many reps throwing in practice but I bet if he gets in the same situation again you'll see him throw it away. he's got a pretty accurate arm though, that kinda surprised me. That ball that Fasano dropped last week he looked like a QB

I've seen him throw the ball away twice. I think it depends on the position that he is in.

I was saying(well actually yelling) the same thing on sunday. He is outside the tackle box....just see if you can knock a Jets fan in the head in the 5th row!!

a couple times it seemed like it was a designed run and when the play broke down he looked to throw it away but pulled it back in for a loss or no gain.

To be fair to RB he didn't have time to do sh** sunday they were all over him. Point #2 he is a running back not a QB
