Rookie FA: Safety Ray Ventrone Signed

anyone have anything on this guy???

PS: I love how all of us (including me) every year get excited about these UDFA, even though in the back of our minds we know most of them won't make the team.:lol:
 
We love the UDFA's because for every 100 bums there is a Adewale Ogunleye, or to a lesser extent a Wes Welker.
 
Mitch Meeuwsen has a shot at a starting job at FS, Kay-Jay Harris the backup RB job, and Josh Davis the 4th or 5th WR slot, and Alex Holmes the 3rd TE spot. Other than the others don't interest me atleast for this year.

exactly...but i really do think these guys will make the team

QB Brock Berlin - Somehow hes gonna impress and beat out Sage...Also i read on miami herald saban wanted to pick up a qb as a developmental qb and he feels brock can be developed into a good qb in a couple years
RB Kay Jay Harris - Already coming out of college he would be our #3 rb...might get some playing time behind ronnie
WR Josh Davis - Guys not a burner but hes a good rout runner and has really good hands...will make the roster and might even push for playing time
TE Alex Holmes - Has the chance to make the roster and i really think he might impress enough
LB Lionel Turner - Not a fast guy but he sure can tackle...saban will keep him here as a practice squar player at the very least
S Mitch Meeuwsen - Not real fast runs a mid 4.6 40 but he makes plays and could excel on special teams something saban will look for in this kid!
