Dolphins | Hadnot may see time at guard
Mon, 7 May 2007 11:18:46 -0700
Armando Salguero, of the Miami Herald, reports <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/22/nfl">Miami Dolphins C Rex Hadnot may be used at guard, according to head coach Cam Cameron.

I can definitely see Satele starting.

If Satele can move into the starting C position that would be great. Hadnot was a decent C, but I think a guy like Satele can be better as he gains more experience. Rex will be a very solid OG somewhere on this line, and I think he'll be better utilized there too. Now let's hope Satele can stick at starting C....

PHINZ RULE!!!

Maybe it will be Mormino or Ingram at center and Satele at guard.

i agree that it is possible that mormino will be our center and satale will be our guard along with hadnot

i agree with you blitzkreig. guard is hadnots natural position and i would love to see him moved back there.

Actually, he was a center in college and became a guard in the NFL 2004-2005.

i guess i didnt know that. but i still think he is way better utilized at guard.

I'm not sure Mormino has a shot at starting.

While I dont know much about him, 6th round picks rarely start... because they usually need a lot more development than other rookies taken higher. Hey may be our Center in the future... but I doubt he cracks the lineup this year...

I love the fact that we have finally started putting some effort into the O-line.

i agree its uncommon but our coach seems to have some experience with that.

Shane Olivea has been a key contributor along the Chargers’ offensive line. A starter his first two years in the league, this former seventh-round draft choice has missed only one game due to injury. With Shane anchoring the right side of the offensive line, the Chargers have rushed for more than 2,000 yards and passed for more than 3,500 yards each of the last two seasons.

I would not be surprised to see Satale start but I would be a little surprised to see him start at Center. That is a difficult position for a rookie to come in and start at right away. I would not be surprised to see Rex start the season at C and Satale at G and maybe see them switch places at some point. I don't see Mormino as a starter, at least not right now.
