Rookies to get shot at dream during Miami Dolphins minicamp

You want evidence the Dolphins have a renewed relationship with the college-affiliated football team who shares their stadium: former Hurricanes quarterback Jacory Harris will be in the Dolphins rookie minicamp at the end of this week.
Harris, who had an erratic four seasons at UM after coming in as a five-star recruit out of Miami Northwestern High in the vaunted 2007 recruiting class, won’t be there as one of the Dolphins draft picks or gaggle of undrafted free agents. He’ll be there on the same tryout basis that he’ll be in Arizona’s rookie camp later.
Wide receiver Davone Bess (2008), defensive tackle Ryan Baker (2009) and safety Jonathan Amaya (2010) notwithstanding, the odds of an undrafted free agent making an NFL roster are slimmer than the wafer-thin Harris. The odds of an unsigned undrafted camp body making it require an electron microscope to be seen.

All you can ask for as an undrafted free agent is a shot... It's Jacory's to earn or to lose... I doubt he'll make it on the team, but I wish him the best
