Give the man a shot Ross. Rizzi should kill the interview. I believe he has what it takes and could build a strong staff. Just my opinion my brothers.

I would rather go with someone from outside the organization. I'm already pissed that Ross kept Grier. I wanted a complete house cleaning.
.
That is like saying we should get rid of Minkah, Tunsil and Drake.

They were part of the organization too right?

I’m not really high on Rizzi like most but he does have fire and gets the backing of his players, I’ll give him that. I’d rather roll the dice on someone not attached to any of these previous 2 regimes.

If they’re going to go with one of those they’ve interviewed?

1) Richard
2) Rizzi

As much as it would unnerve me to start GM/HC with two internal persons to start a “rebuild?” It’s difficult to completely discount the support he’s received from former and current players.

He’s talking about management and leadership. Not on the field.

And I agree with him.

The analogy is the same.

You want to fire someone using guilt by association? Wow.

Stop talking like you knew what was happening behind the scenes, and give the man the benefit of the doubt.

Find another (good reason) or your reasoning is just bullsh*t

One thing going for Rizzi is that his style will fit better with young players during a rebuild than on a team filled with Vets. IMO

You just never know. My big question with Rizzi is if he's connected enough to find some quality assistants.
Same as Richard. Sooner they hire the better chance of grabbing some of these assistants and coordinators.

Why not! If he's good we found a coach we are all pretty much in agreement we like. If he sucks ass maybe he leads us to Trevor Lawrence.
