Dan Orlovsky opinion With Greenberg on ESPN radio this morning said that Rosen to Pasts make sense to him

He said Brissett and Matt Stafford make sense there too

I still say that Rosen will land in the AFCE after we select our QB

I still don’t understand why so many people want to cast him aside. While I understand the excitement about drafting a QB high there is no guarantee that the rookie is ready to step in on day one. Rosen only counts 2.17 against the cap anyway. What’s the rush? That’s cheap insurance.

Because he's not god. They expected him to do miracles like most 22 year old QBs could playing with the worst offense in recent memory.

I’d like to evaluate him behind a team that doesn’t only have one play (50/50 balls to Parker) at its disposal.

Not sure what this regime thinks of him ... but what ‘seems’ clear is that he is NOT the planned way ahead ...

That will be confirmed or denied in RD 1 of this draft ...

- IF we take Tua, Herbert or Love .... then he clearly is NOT ...

- IF we take - say Hurts later, then he likely still is ...

Regardless, no one really knows what his value is ... but would assume that it is less than the 2d we gave up for him ...

Right now, every available quarterback is being linked to New England.

Can you win with him? No

The Modern day NFL QB is everything that Rosen is not. Moving forward with Rosen is going backwards, other teams see this as well. He isn't starting where ever he goes. Could care less if the pats gets him, he's a backup.

When we draft a Qb, he’ll be the odd man out.
I’d bet he ends up a Patriot.
He’ll probably thrive too.
