"Drew Rosenhaus w/Big Dog 6-29"

*Raves about HIS CLIENT Ochocinco and what he will bring to the Dolphins
*Says the Dolphins have had a terrific offseason
*Likes what the Dolphins did in the draft
*Calls Tannehill a potential franchise quarterback
*Calls HIS CLIENT a potential top running back
*Thinks Martin is the potential starting right tackle
*Raves about HIS CLIENT Olivier Vernon

The biggest news is that he said Hartline had a medical issue that is now behind him and he is already back at the training facility getting ready and will participate in training camp.

You can see where I put in caps and bold what he thinks about his own clients. Obviously some of what he says is just agent talk pumping his own players.

For as pompous and annoying as the guy is, he is damn good at his job of being a top sports agent.

Obviously it didn't start how I wanted, but with the good draft we had and FA signings, I would have to agree.

You wouldn't believe how incredible Rosenhaus is as an agent. I've made reference to it a couple of times, but I happen to know a player who went from one agency to Rosenhaus, and within 3 weeks he went from getting roughly 1.4-1.5 million a year to 2.5 a year. He has *that* much power.

Rosenhaus is a self absorbed jarkarse...but with that said if I was playing ball, he would be my agent.

He's not pompous at all. I ran into him at the airport. He was easy to talk to and down to earth.

It's almost like people don't really understand a person's "professional" side and their "at home" side, but at this point, FinHeaven is giving a pretty interesting view of how the average person thinks. It's scary.

It never ceases to amaze me.

This guy is really a good salesman. Whenever he does an interview on WQAM they give him the last few minutes to pimp his Lexus dealer. i think it's in his contract. As someone mentioned he's a sleeze ball but if you needed an agent he's the best.

I agree on paper - let's see what happens in a few years though
