If not, how many more heads need to roll? Name names please.

:ponder:

Can I see how this looks before I give credit or rip Ross?

Oh, no-no. I am certainly not ripping the man. (It does sound like I am in my statement; I can see the misunderstanding.) I simply want to know if you guys think he is capable, dashing all emotions (if any) aside, and make more cuts if he sees fit?

I did not think you were. It is just I want to see the org's set up and the OC…etc. before giving him credit or ****.

I say hire a GM. Let him decide IF he wants to keep Philbin.

If yes, let him tell Philbin go get the coaches he thinks will help him win. (It's in his contract.)

let the GM go get the BPA during the draft.

Yea we have needs. But we need TALENT across the board.

Ross still lacks spine. He dragged this entire process out and only fired Ireland after apparently making every attempt to keep him in a "demoted" role. He forced Ireland to make the decision for him in a way. He did the same thing with Philbin. He made Sherman the decisive issue then sat back and watched Philbin come close to forcing his hand. Philbin eventually blinked, Ireland didnt.

Jim Turner looking like a dead man walking notwithstanding, expect more of the same.

And this situation could get really weird after the Martin report is released.

I have a greater respect for Ross now. Something had to change and he is finally taking control of this team. I don't know who will get the GM and OC job but I will give them a chance to work with Philbin and Coyle.
I still cannot believe that Ireland is gone. This a day for celebration.

Is Sherman next in line for the guillotine?

I can't wait until we get back to football talk, draft, Thill, the pass rush etc instead of just throwing darts at the owner who did what you wanted him to do. I think people just start threads around here just to bait posters and get a good night sleep and dream what an uproar they caused. Yes, I called you out.
