Ross Can Be Sneaky

Ross seems a bit hands off but history shows he can go after somebody if he falls in love. I'm not sure Jim H is it but maybe he has some amore for some fine coach some where. I also think he'll drive the brinks truck to him if need be...time will tell. I, for one, hope the infatiation lies in a gm.

Ross is trying to avoid a rebuild because given his age he doesn’t wanna wait 3-4 years for it to full come circle. But the fact of the matter is, this full rebuild needs to happen. The sooner the better. If Ross had cleaned house after Sparano properly he would likely be seeing the fruits bearing relevancy of that rebuild if he chose the right people of course.
