ROSS chose IRELAND over FISHER!

No it's about a coach dictating to Ross who he should have in his FO. Jeff liked Ireland but wanted to avoid VY 2.0 and Ross said no. Team moves on.
 
Ross is so damn clueless as an NFL owner it's pathetic. The guy just keeps falling in piles of **** and doesn't know how to stand up. Being a Real Estate Mogul is one thing, being an NFL owner is another. The guy should never have bought an NFL Franchise. Now we're the lucky ones who are stuck with the goon.
 
To be fair, Mike Silver is an idiot. CK and his sources have been saying that Fisher loves Ireland..
 
Fisher was willing to meet half way on the personnel decisions and was told no. Ross is a freaking moron. We are going to be lucky to attract ANY free agents. Cant wait for that OL with our first pick.

I could actually see that. I can hear Ross now: We searched all around and then I realized our best candidate was right here. He has worked his way up through the ranks, starting as a ball boy in Chicago to becoming a scout to being an outstanding GM. We think he would be a great Head Coach as well as the GM. All Dolphin fans will be in agreement with me and will see the exciting product Jeff Ireland will put on the field.
 
I would choose Ireland and any of the assistant coaches we have interviewed over Fisher's 6 playoff appearances in 16 years, any day of the week
