"What Fox's Alex Marvez reported on WQAM and the Sun Sentinel confirmed was that Ross' proposal had Ireland answering to Aponte. Imagine if Ireland agreed to that. Imagine the mess this front office would remain heading into next season."

This seals Ross as the biggest joke in the NFL. Not only couldn't Ross identify that Ireland needed to be jettisoned for his performance through the years, his solution was to keep Ireland on board, but have the GM report to the cap specialist in some ****ed up organizational structure.

I know some people will say that Ross did this to force Ireland to quit, but I don't buy this for a second considering how badly he has bungled every move he has tried to make.

Ross is a man so completely clueless that there truly feels as if there is no hope to come out of this malaise. And what's worse, for whatever reason Ross doesn't appear to see the problems with his approach or learn lessons from the past. He just keeps on making the same mistakes year after year.

Our best hope now is that Philbin somehow becomes Don Shula over night, because if Ross is forced to lead yet another HC search, I can't fathom how he will bungle that...

Several of us have been saying that, but the masses want to view with Aqua colored glasses and think that because the Miami Dolphins was once a proud franchise it still it. The fact is the franchise has gone down hill since the Robbie family sold the team, and it has been a true dumpster fire since Ross bought the team. Every time I think of how low this franchise can sink, they sink just a little lower...I am a life long Fin fan, and will be unless they move the franchise, but it sure is damn hard to be a fan of this franchise lately. But hell, there is always something interesting...LOL

This ****ing Franchise is a sad joke right now....... I'm not renewing my season tickets.
 
Do you hear any drama about the cap guru in Seattle or Denver? No and why is that? Because the cap guru has one role and doesn't over step it in a good franchise! Aponte and Mangina ran of the GM in Cleveland trying to grab power for themselves. She is doing it again in Miami it is unfreaking believable a cap guru is such a problem. More unbelievable she has such a strong following in the fan base!

Aponte isn't the reason we are in such great cap shape. Longs contract off the books, no franchise QB contract, no huge DB contract, No huge DE contract, No big contract on any oline. Our cap space is good because our GM was so ****ing bad for 6 years! Not because a cap guru!

Amazing when when you throw away draft picks on people u rarely resign at top of draft how much cap space u end up with lol
