I know, I know... he's the owner, he represents a target for you to hurl your pent up frustrations and mommy or daddy issues. Yet, he is right. The only proper way to rebuild, is to stick to the build.

Stephen Ross, whose incompetence as an owner may only be exceeded by Mark Davis, Woody Johnson or Dan Snyder thinks this is the correct path, it's a path no other organization in league history has taken, lead by men handpicked by Ross himself, who has shown keen judgment in the past keeping Parcells and Ireland on the job, trying to hire Jim Harbaugh and Jeff Fisher, hiring Philbin, Tannenbaum and Gase, then promoting a guy from within the burning building to put the fire out.

Ross's opinion means everything to the direction of this team and absolutely nothing in terms of potential effectiveness. If Ross's judgement was this bad in his business dealings the board would of removed him from making decisions and shareholders would be suing.
