Ross is at team Fcility, but no sign of Manning meeting

Owner Stephen Ross just arrived in Davie about 20 minutes ago. As of now there are no plans for the Dolphins to meet with Peyton Manning, but that doesn’t mean something couldn’t develop during the day. Manning does live in South Beach, after all, and Ross does have a helicopter that can take him places.
The Dolphins are being extremely tight-lipped about their intentions with Manning. The team is legitimately worried that reports from Friday are accurate, that Manning was spooked by the scene last Thursday night in Miami Beach, when he was chased down by TV trucks and helicopters just hours after he was released by the Colts.
Still, it doesn’t look promising for the Dolphins, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. He reported this morning that Manning does not plan on making any other visits, and that the Broncos and Cardinals remain the favorite to land Manning. Schefter said Manning does not plan on visiting the Dolphins facility as he already knows the Dolphins’ facility after spending the week here for the 2007 Super Bowl.

Seriously that helicopter needs to stay away from any business moves the fins make, its cursed !!!
 
I don't get the thing with the helicopters. Why was he spooked by Miami media, but not by Denver media that did the same thing?

He wasn't, it made no sense then, and makes even less sense after the Denver press did the same thing. Manning stopped and talked to the Miami media after they chased him.

It's just ppl trying to read every little thing.

Looks like colombo is about to get knocked on his arse with one foot of the ground. If Manning sees this he will go to the Broncos for sure.
 
Schefter said that Manning doesn't have to visit the Dolphins facilities because he did in 2007?! Seriously?! Last time I looked, much has changed in that 5 year span!

Like, did they move the weight room, player's locker room? I believe the training bubble was there the last time Manning and the Colts spent the week in the Dolphins facility.

When Manning visited ARZ and DEN he got the tour, and then they sat in a office and talked philosophy and what they would do for Manning to be a success. Manning knows the Dolphins facility, they can talk philosophy and what the Dolphins are going to do to make him a success on the phone. And I'd be shocked if that didn't occur last week Thursday.
