What coach would want to come there to coach? After seeing how Sparano is being treated. Not only Sparano but what about all the Assisstant Like Mike Nolan.
Leaving your head coach twist in the wind when you are out trying to get Cohwer, Harbaugh and ooo if you cannot get them come back and say Tony this job is yours go out and win me games?
Really, IF Ross wanted to do this he should have just cut sling load on Sparano. Right now he is making himself look like a Al Davis.
IMO this is hurting the stock of the Miami Dolphins coaching position.
