Ross is the problem

Really? What makes him a good owner? Seriously? His one job that affects the performance on the field is to hire the right ppl and he has failed miserably at that
His one job is to finance people. Those people hire people. I understand most people dont get this but this Dolphins business arm isnt detrmined by Ross' day to day decisions. There are about 5-10 people that influence decisions between him and what you see. Grier is one of those people.

He gives millions of his own dollars. What do you do? Change your avatar to a grocery bag

When will the "Ross is the problem" posts end? I hoped back in 2011 or 12, or 17...?
We are Dolphins fans, he owns our freaking Fandom. He doesn't really care, about a few people's perspective, about him being the problem. He literally can do what the eff he chooses, and were effed cheering or whining about his hobby he owns.

He gives millions of his own dollars. What do you do? Change your avatar to a grocery bag you cowardly sh&t.

He makes millions off of this team. NFL teams are one of the best investments in the world.

It's not as if he 'gives millions of his own dollars.' We pay millions of OUR dollars to the NFL, or have to put up with advertising, and then he takes that money and puts some of it into the team.

Guys do not make it personal or your post will be edited / deleted

He literally does. Get it right boss. Unless you mean to say "his companies" do, which is intrinsically false. Yes, he makes millions, his ownership (which has as been sold at stake) is an investment, you either lose or make money on one and in the NFL game which is a niche market, most do, but overall Ross is not a bad owner where he gives > takes. Consider his investments.

If Ross directed Grier to take Tua over Herbert, then heā€™s the problem.

I donā€™t think Ross did that, so heā€™s not the problem to me.

There are 3 musts for a winning franchise.
1. Owner willing to spend money.
2. A GM who can both make trades and make good draft picks
3. A coach who can both develop players and game management.

Ross has proven to spend money. Check Ross.
Grier can make decent trades as far as value but not such a great picker.
Grier only gets half the job done.
Flores is currently struggling to develop players.

Why are we here.

Ross inherited Ireland who he couldn't trust and screwed the pooch when they attempted to hire Harbaugh. Ross then promoted Grier paid for Griers trust. Now the issue just who can Ross trust to replace Grier.

Grier could stay if he could find a decent scout.
Florres could stay if he either learns how to develop players or find someone who can.

This Austin Jackson situation is a huge Guerillia on this team and why it's a issue is first the kid has regressed from last year which you have to credit on Flores. Second just who is pulling the strings to keep him in the lineup is the real culprit. If it's Flores then he is lost and if it's because of Grier to save his job that means the GM is putting himself above the team. Who ever is allowing this to happen needs to go.

Ross isn't ruthless enough to be a winner in the NFL

NFL is a cutthroat business. It's why Mike Lombardi said he can't believe that Grier is still employed

Well it's believable if your owner puts on his pantyhose before walking into the stadium

I never get this kinda argument. So for franchises that are winning the reason why is because they know what theyā€™re doing and hired the right guys?

Not because they got lucky see R.Kraft?

Also along this line of thinking every team that doesnā€™t make the playoffs or a SB appearance also has a bad owner thatā€™s the ā€œproblem?ā€
