Good news. :up:

The primary question that looms this offseason about the Dolphins has not changed at all from last season: Will Bill Parcells return as the team's football czar next year?

Owner Stephen Ross believes he will be. I asked him after today's 30-24 Dolphins loss to Pittsburgh if he is certain coach Parcells will be back?

"You can never be certain," Ross said. "I mean, I can't speak for him. I'm certainly hopeful and all signs from my conversations with him would indicate to me he will be. So I'm optimistic. I believe he will be. But I can't speak for him."

i disagree i think that is bad news this is a pass first run second league now and he hasnt figured that out
 
It sounds good to me, but to tell you the truth, I am sick of hearing Parcells is leaving.. If he wants to go, be my guest and leave,
 
Parcells is a coach? News to me. Well, maybe it's not.

Personally, I am fine if Parcells walks. There's only so much knob slobbing I can tolerate seeing the organization do.
 
I thought this team would be 7-9 when the season began.This
team is young and has alot going for them.Parcells put this team
together as he has turned around all 5 teams he has taken over.
Unless he can truly walk away from the sport,i think he stays on.
Their going to be a good team for some time and as fans that's what
you want out on the field.
 
If he pulls another Pat White blunder, i hope he falls out of the luxury box.
 
It amazes me how Ross has to ask a guy if he wants to stay! Seriously we have watched this team start 0-3 and finish 0-3, you would think it is Parcell's who needs to do a little convincing to his boss that his plan still has teeth!

For the record I still want him gone! I am sick of the drama surrounding him and we need to see if Ireland and Sparano can do it without him!
 
Sounds to me like Ross is "Wishful Thinking". Why is it not concrete Parcells will be back next season again?
 
Seems like people are so easy to forget that this team was 1-15 and heading for a dead hole before Parcells arrived. If Parcells doesn't bring in his guys, we are probably in the same spot the St Louis Rams have been on the last few years.
 
I have a feeling eventually Carl Peterson will take over as Team President and then the fun begins....NOT!!!(See KC Chiefs recent history) DOH!

that would be awful

i think shortly here it will all be on ireland and i think he'll do just fine
