The Dolphins haven’t even won a playoff game since 2000, a span that goes far beyond the time which Stephen Ross has owned them.

But Ross was confident Sunday, after beating the Patriots to reach a 6-10 record, that success is on the horizon.

“I told the players that I really believe,” Ross said, via Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post. “For those who stay, we’re going to be winning Super Bowls. If you look at our organization today, you see what we’ve done.

“From every aspect except the playing field, we’re probably the first class organization in the National Football League.”

A win like today gives Ross his usual false hope for this team. Wouldn't have been a bit surprised if he had handed Campbell the HC job today.
 
Ross and his expectations lol. I love all these things he has done lol Big talk from an owner who has never seen a winning season
 
It's better if he literally said the team is cat and dog**** and we as fans are assholes for sticking with them I guess?

I would respect that more. He talks about superbowls but these things have to actually be earned by doing something smart, not still taking advice from people that created this issue in first place
 
He can't believe what he says. So he must think the fanbase takes the shortbus to work everyday. I'm almost done.....

Yes. Id much rather have him acknowledge how dysfunctional and inept we are.

And lets not pretend like blaming the fans is anything new...
 
Hes got the most important piece but will we ever have everything else while that piece is here i dont know

His goals are where they should be..at least he's not saying we will make the playoffs! I don't get the problem. The goal is Super Bowl.. Every year
 
Ross and Rex Ryan would be a match made in heaven, lol.
