I think this year in the off season we need to get an olb and a ot in the fa and a wr in the draft and then really focas on depth in the positions we need depth because every year every team will have injurys but the great teams will have players to step up enough when needed to and i think speilman has done a pretty good job doing this since hes been here but we need more depth and i believe he will do this
