Round 1, Pick 18: Austin Jackson, OT

His tape is bad. Got whipped by Epenesa who is going to be a meh NFL player

Whats good? He's a really good athlete. Great backstory. Movement skills are natural

I would've taken the safer (albeit less upside) option in Josh Jones. We'll see how it plays out for him

Can't help feeling underwhelmed by the pick. If he gets on the field in 2020, it's probably as a guard. I'll certainly be rooting for him

Sorry, but I can't be mad when Davie takes a big ugly early.

A 20 yr old allows the young man to grow into his position.

Depending on the board I remain consistent with my belief you trade out and try to get additional assets for next year.

I would have gone with Ezra Cleveland. Austin Jackson is a project. It might take a year or two for him to become the player people think he can become. I'm concerned about this pick for Miami. (Pete Prisco)
C+

Yes a project but Tua sits so he can work a year.

Who the heck is this Jones we were supposed to take? I'm not a draft guy but the mocks I saw had Jackson going higher and don't have a Jones in the first round.

Jackson is a true LT. Since Tua is a lefty, our LT is like the RT now....doesnt have to be elite. Im expecting either Josh Jones, Cesar Ruiz, or Isaiah Wilson at 26. Wilson can go in R2
