Like it or not, Tedd Ginn is our 1st round pick..so get over it, and qui bitching..it won't make any difference..Instead, try looking at our 2nd round picks, and think what do we can do with them.
Suggestions?
 
Beck and oline. Grubbs, Kalil, Sears, Ugoh - whoever's still available. If we get Kalil, draft Doug Free in the 3rd. If we don't, draft Satele in the 3rd.
 
Stanton, Kolb, Edwards or Beck...then maybe Kalil or Blaylock if they're there....then defence at 71.

Grubbs is gone. D Jarrett wouldn't be bad Keyshawn type of player. We might not even get a QB but we NEED Kahli he can be very good form USC and a center
 
Beck threw for 3885 yards 69.3 completion ration (Accuracy) 32 tds 8 Int
The other qbs were subpar
 
John Beck and James Marten. I would love to get Ryan Kalil at #40, but I don't believe Beck will last till #60. If Beck goes before Miami picks in the 2nd, then if Kalil is available, then pick him @ 40.

My choices in order for #40:
Beck
Kalil
Harris
Sears

Pending on who the Dolphins take at #40, then at #60:
Marten
Siler
Ugoh
Bush (this guy may not help in 07, but I think will be a beast in 08)

I really like beck only problem i think is taht once he gets to start next year not htis year, he will be 27 years old by the time he picks up the game he'll be 30 already. Otherwise love the guy and he is very sjmart with GREAAAT awareness ala Manning. Put him with Ginn n' its a good fit. Chambers in the slot u look back to the other field (he does it great) n launch it to Ginn cuz the safety bit the Chambers move.

Branch is a goner, nevre liked him i told ya'll no one listened.

I think Edwards is also along with beck b/c it takes a smart QB to run this offense and edwards is just that. very smart guy
 
Edwards is smart but in 2006 he threw for 1027 yds and 6 td s and 6 int...Is this the right guy?

Don't sweat Beck's age. Many QBs play well into their 30s...Brad Johnson, Rich Gannon, Warren Moon, Randall Cunningham...If he's our pick, we just need to put a good team around him.

We have a start with Brown at RB and some speed with Ginn at WR. We still need some olinemen and better WRs, but I am not worried about Becks age.
