Rt's Passer Rating

Doesnt count

Well, overall he's been up and down.

I think the key is, he's going to need to maintain that number over the next three weeks for Miami to have a sniff of the playoffs. 100+ passer rating from here on out or I just don't see the wins.

Hasn't been nearly as down as people try and imagine here. He had six terrible quarters in a row when he could scarcely take the snap without a defender being in his face. Other than that he has played very effective and almost mistake free football. This on a team who spent nearly a month without scoring a TD with his backup.

He's dealt with all the BS of Philbin era, draft inepititude, shouldered an unbelievable amount of blame, taken a physical beating that honestly could've killed some of us common folk and through it all has us with a chance to make the playoffs again.

Of course its his destiny to lead us to the post season only to see Osweiler get crushed in a WC road game.

Who he is as a QB has already long been defined. Ive always been a fan of the tough Texas kid with the golden arm and i always will be.

What it comes down to at this point is that, whether you love him or hate him, Ryan Tannehill has to be able to carry our offense. That means making the throws, making the reads, knowing when to scramble, and playing mistake free football. It’s pretty obvious that our offense works best with Tannehill in there. That’s our X factor, especially with all the injured we’ve endured.

I'm comfortable with RT on the field at this point. It's whether he can stay on the field that concerns me when it comes to the thought of sticking with him past 2019. But he will definitely be here in 2019, so just get the damn offensive line fixed for him or the next guy.

Are you talking about his QB rating or what happens to him when getting hit?

And he's done it without a good set of receivers. Albert Wilson was our best receiver but he's been out since Tanny came back. Amendola has barely played because he's been hurt.

Am I ok if they move on from RT? Yes. But you cannot deny that this team has always looked better and performed better with him under center vs anyone else who has stepped in. The dude was ****in tough today!
