I don't see the point of your signature regarding Daunte, since you negate the fact that most of Daunte's seasons have been jawdropping awesome. Everybody who bashes Daunte has to use shortcut tactics it seems.

81 fumbles in 81 games is so jawdropping awesome?

The fact that he had 39 TD's and 14 INT's in 2004 just to have an 8-8 record in the end is awesome?

Oh and let see where he got all those TD's:
(6-10) 2004 Dallas Cowboys - 5 TD's
(7-9) 2004 Houston Texans - 5 TD's
(8-8) 2004 New Orleans Saints - 5 TD's

He also record 7 TD's against the division champs, Green Bay Packers, which is enough to tell me that the division was defensively weak in 2004.

The only other team he recorded atleast 2 TD's against outside of the NFC North division were the (6-10) Washington Redskins. Other than the 'Skins, he was average.

Nothing you say about Daunte will "Wow" me. Go ahead and try.

Not even the fact that he has a better TD/game than any QB ever?
Not even the fact that if you include all his lost fumbles as INTS he still has a good INT/game?
Not even that he has a better Comp. % than Dan Marino?

oh please. i don't care how average the defenses he was playing against, only GREAT quarterbacks can have a season like culpepper had in 2004. it's no accident. plenty of quarterbacks face the same bad teams every year and don't have even half as good of a season. you're nitpicking just for the sake of it.

Get rid of the "QB in the grasp" rule and allow defensive players to hit the QB anyway and anytime they want to (except for spearing).....this is football not women's basketball.

i cant understand the origanal post and they need to allow helmet to helmet hits again, i love seeing them
