If Traylor is found guilty of the DUI and Drug charge, will the NFL suspend him? Does anyone know the rules on thse type if incidents, for example if this is his first offense as opposed to a 2nd or 3rd.

Seeing that the "dangerous substance" was Xanex and not something like cocaine or marijuana I really don't see anything happening to him. The damaging the building is disturbing, but it turned out just to be a smoke alarm cover. Saban and the NFL aren't happy, but I highly doubt he gets suspended. He may receive some sort of fine, but I don't see anything else.

Eric Warfield got suspended four games last season for a DUI. HOWEVER, it was his third offense. This is Traylor's first, which is another reason I doubt he gets any time off.

i agree I see a minimal fine as the most he will recieve as opunishment from the NFL. No need to panic he won't be missing any time with the fins.

i dont think he will get suspended yet...i dont if he's ever had any prior charges

Now that more information has been released, I only think he will get a fine. I believe this is his first offense and ripping a smoke detector off the wall is almost a second thought. I seriously doubt he will get any type of suspension.
