BOYS TO MAKE A DEAL WITH THE FINS?

ESPN's Chris Mortensen suggested during a special edition of Sunday NFL Countdown that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is eyeing the possibility of swinging a trade with the Dolphins for the No. 1 overall pick in the 2008 draft.

Could you imagine Barber and Brown in the backfield....deadly combo.

The Cowboy's will probably want to include an implicit agreement saying that the Dolphins would stop taking away all their assistant coaches and staff.

I saw this too, thought it might be re-tread. Honestly it might be that we do this. We might be talking about signing Trevor Laws and Fred Davis.

Chatman is a FA isn't he?

Yeah I think so, but reading some of the stuff posted a while back, people were saying Parcells would like to keep Chatmann. But if this deal could possibly go down, I guess he could be gone.

Very interesting. Though I have been throwing around in my head all day whether I would prefer a 2nd rounder over Barber. Wouldnt make much sense from their perspective I suppose, but you never know.

Yes he is.

So, then why doe pople always say he's on the roster?

Is it only me who noticed that the only guy who had a hard on for him is in Baltimore?

Ricky, Brown, Booker that is what we have. And what no one thinks we might send Ricky to Chicago, or Seattle for Holmgren's last shot?

Would love to get Laws. That guy is a ball hawk. He is always in every play. He has passion.

Right now Parcells wants to keep everyone; keeps any avenue open and makes it harder to pin down. Just good business.

Parcells is a leverage type of guy, he won't make a move unless he has something in his bak pocket.

with the two first we can get defense and maybe a QB to compete with beck, we also have two seconds that would be four picks in the first two rounds and barber, nice
