Rumor- Bucs After # 1 Pick ?

it seems like right about now alot of rumors start swirling around and usually non of them play out...However, I think this draft could be different because of the talent at the top and the depth of the draft in general...Many teams that think they are close see the one player they believe can take them to the promise land...And alot of weaker teams see players they can build a winner around...So it should be an interesting couple days...

those darn Bucs...dont seem to believe in keeping many picks. i remember when we drafted Ronnie, i think the Bucs tried to give us a 1st, 2nd, 3rd rounder to get to #2...i mean come on, KEEP YOUR PICKS. CJ is a great player, but u have sleeper prospects like Mike Walker of USF (or is it UCF)...who are big and can flat out CATCH (which is what a receiver is SUPPOSED TO DO).

Did the Bucs really offer us their first three picks a few years back, because I don't remember hearing anything about that. I think they picked 5th that year and wound up with Cadillac Williams who was rated just slightly lower than Ronnie was, so I doubt they would have been too anxious to trade up. One thing I do remember was that we were trying desperately to trade out of it, so I imagine we would have jumped on that had the Bucs offered it.
