He has four options....the Heat, Nuggets, Bobcats, and Rockets. Why the Bobcats would even think about offering him a deal I don't know...mabey they're convinced Wallace is gone after this year. Anyways I doubt he would want to play for a team thats not contending unless they offer him a very nice deal.
Out of the other three the only place he'd start is in Denver. All they have at SG is JR Smith and hes about as unproven as they come. The reasons he will think twice about denver is the fact that they can only offer him ~2.5 mil and George Karl. With Bonzi's history with abrasive coaches and Karl's history with players who have an attitude problem....its a recipe for disaster.
With the Rockets he could get a decent salary and a chance to be the third guy in a rotation with TMac and Battier in their backcourt but Houston would have to use its trade exception to pay him....in essence trading the exception along with a draft pick for the rights to sign him ala Al Harrington to Indiana.
Miami can offer 3 mil, a guaranteed shot at the title, and a decent amount of exposure....but not playing time. He'll get his chance to start on this team given the fact that there is so little depth and so many injury prone players, but come playoff time he won't get on the court unless hes proven his worth to Riley.
In the end its playing time - Denver, money - Charlotte, title shot/exposure - Miami
