"I heard the Cardinals and Dolphins want to make a deal…swapping 1’s…so the Phins’ can take Quinn and the Cards to take the Penn St. OT."

Might sound farfetched but this guy also predicted the Moss to GreenBay thing on Feb. 5th here:

Randy Moss will be moved from Oakland according to my source, and the Packers seem like the likely detonation, but at what cost? Oakland would like a 2nd round pick, but with all of Moss' baggage Ted Thompson may push for a 3rd rounder and a player (Robert Ferguson or Ruvell Martin). Moss has told friends close to him that he would relish the opportunity to play for the Packers and he would do things that no other wide receiver has done in the NFL with #4 (Brett Favre) throwing him the ball. I have also been told that Donald Driver is "cool with the move" if Moss is brought in.

Wow...interesting, I guess that makes sense, wonder what we'd have to throw in with our first rounder to get them to pull the trigger on that.

3rd, 4th, and a 6th looks like by the draft chart.

#5 - 1700 pts.

#9 - 1350 pts.


#71 - 235 pts.
#105 - 84 pts.
#167 - 24.6 pts.

Too much to give up IMO. That would leave us with 3 picks for the whole draft.
 
they could trade even farther down if all they want is Levi Brown. I could see a team like the bills or the Niners trying to move up.

well it makes sense b/c REM mueller ssaid he wnats quantity in this draft so we can be flexible in teh draft. and i think he means by trading down.

Ima be honest, i wanted quinn so bad last year and i fhe is ours this year, that would be amazing, QUINN COMe on DOWN BABY! even if he is a bust, AT LEAST WE TRIED TO DO IT VIA DRAFT NOT OLD GEEZERS.

The player from the Canes??? That would be a huge mistake for them. He is pretty good from all I have seen. If they did that...that would be plain stupid....but then again, we are talkign about the Jets....lmao....:sidelol:
 
i rather give a 4th and maybe jeno james if we can do taht with swapping our 1st then another pick. ir ather do a player and a piick late round with the swap of the 1sts.

:lol: You can't possibly think James has that much value, especially coming off surgery.

I've read that somewhere else too. Supposedly they said he struggled in the new 3-4 system.

ok ok fine, someone else, jsut anyone that is over priced n stupid that we dont need and can upgrade for the same price. NO not CC or McMIke i dont mind them on our team especially CC im a fan.

Interesting rumor. Cards need OL help and maybe including one of our own guys (Jeno?) might help alleviate things. I certainly hope it can lead to Quinn.

I don't know man, some of the stuff sounds farfetched but Moss to GreenBay sounded pretty farfetched a month ago as well :lol:
