Yes....we failed to land Peyton...and RG3 was really out of reach...but the final grade cannot be given to this off-season for another month.
Only after we see the results of the draft can we fairly judge where we are at.
In my judgement...if we land a Ryan Tannehill at 8...and a wideout, lineman etc etc etc with the later picks.....theres not much to criticize.
Ultimately I want what I wanted in 2001, when I wanted Drew Brees drafted in round 1, and what I wanted in 2005 when I wanted Aaron Rogers drafted in round 1, and what I wanted in 2008 when I wanted Matt Ryan drafted in round 1.....each time the Dolphins passed on the QB position...and to this day the Dolphins still have no franchise QB.
I have this kind of feeling for Ryan Tannehill...if they land him I will be happy.
