Now that are season is over next week.. Once again we didn't make it to the playoffs. What will happen next year? wil we pick up another QB, maybe draft a QB? Will ricky stay in Canada or will he come back to the Fins??? Who is on the way out of Miami?
 
well i only see us drafting a QB early in the draft if DC isnt going to be 100% next season. If he is i cant see us tkaing a QB in the first 3 picks that we have unless theres a good QB available of course.
 
ii hope we use a first day pick on a worthy qb, i'm just so sick of trading the picks anyway that we could have used on actually drafting a qb, especially if culpepper doesn't fully recover. even if DC does fully recover i think it's necessary to draft a qb at least SOMEWHERE in the draft, even if it isnt a first day pick.

yes if DC isnt 100% next year Saban will prolly take his 1 round pick and draft a QB but if DC is 100% then the only way wed take a QB would be late in the draft
 
We'd be nuts to not draft a QB this offseason. Maybe we don't draft a QB on the first day, but we have to take a stab at finding one somewhere, since nobody knows if DC will ever regain his old form and JC hasn't shown that he can be "the man" yet.

Unless the coaches are sold on Lemon as a franchise QB, we have to do something to make sure we have a guy in case DC falters. And if we draft a QB who turns out to be good AND Duante comes back like his old self, that's just fine... you just use one of the guys as trade bait to pick up more picks or a player, later.
 
Are there really that many people who don't know the difference between the word "are" and "our?" I see it on here all the time. Too, two, and to are bad enough...but are?

I don't know if we get a QB on the first day...I think the only one worth going on the first day will be long gone (Quinn).
 
we have 30 free agents... id say at least half are gone.

Not to mention there probably will be a few cuts because of Payroll. We really need a Fast WR ( that can also catch ) and Offensive line help and maybe some help in the secondary. Drafts picks should really help and we need to get guys who will be either a solid back-up or will come in and play right away.
 
I do think we take a QB on the first day. Not sure in which round, really depends on where we draft and who is available where...

However, The jury is still out on Daunte. Draft a qb. Develop him in two years and then (IF the rookie did develop) you trade one for a draft pick (hopefully higher than you spent).

Edit: You can never have too many good QBs. Especially if you develop them.
