I'm now fully convinced that Ryan is ready to take the next step and become an elite quarterback. After 16 failed attempts, we have our franchise quarterback! :brewskis:

I remember how pissed I was when we drafted him. I told my buddy that day "The only thing that guy has going for him is a sexy wife"..........how wrong I was. He is on a different level right now, he looks calm and composed and is doing all the right things. In year 2 under this offense he should really take off.

Looks good. Just need to see him and the offense become more clutch in the 4th quarter.

Hopefully the defense can give him some short fields to work with this year

It's funny how long it took most people, and some still have not, to realize what we have at QB - a franchise QB for the next decade.

Patience was the key. A lot of stench had to be rid of and there's still a ways to go but this team is on the up-and-up and they're gonna ride Tanny boy all the way to the top!

My biggest thing was, and I'm sure this is prevalent with other posters, was expecting to get another Marino, and everything short of that just wasn't good enough. There's only one #13, but there's also only one #17

Also if you get on rewind (which I did last night), and watch his pocket awareness and pocket movement the first few games vs BUF and KC, and compare it to the end of the year, it's night and day. The only thing left is the deep ball (which by all accounts has improved exponentially this camp). If half of what they say is true, Ryan's making his first of many to come pro bowls.

Until we can see him play well in the 4th Q and lead the team into the post-season, I would caution calling him the franchise guy for the next decade.

Everything is heading in the right direction but things can get very ugly, very quickly. This season will tell us exactly what we have at that position.

I don't see how anyone can think he isn't the franchise

Ryan looked strong, confident, in control, very accurate, notably improved pocket presence and foot work, and projected the MOJO that makes you believe!

Moore does not fit the system IMO. We need to get another athletic kid @QB to develop behind Tannehill.

Thats actually what I was thinking last night watching the game when Moore was in... Get a young kid in there who might have some kind of potential... I mean if Tannehill goes down... Where ****ed anyway...
