During Monday’s full-contact practice, Tannehill didn’t see the effort from some offensive teammates he expected. So he gathered a big group of them, and directly demanded they shape up.

Tannehill, who turned 29 a few days back, is in a new place. He’s no longer the young guy. He’s one of the oldest players on the team
