S Todd Johnson Visits

I wouldn't want him to start but if he's for depth then it would be a good signing. if we want a starter then sign up Ken Hamlin
 
He'd be a nice pickup. He's experienced safety depth. He may not be exactly what you are looking for but he's extremly smart and physical. He's a lot like Zach in that he's like having another coach on the field.

I like Hamlin better than Johnson. I would not sign him for depth. I rather bring in someone thru the draft. Besides, we already drafted high last year for the position. No Johnson, please.

Ya your right, there are no real answers out in FA anymore, Washington would be good. The draft is probably the place right now, and we are set up pretty good as of now in terms of picks.
 
He's good on special teams too. With Welker and Morris and Bowens going possibly, we need some solid guys on ST.

If you want a safety, then go for Hamlin or Grant.

I think at FS we are fine with Hill, not to mention Jason Allen behind him, who could at some point take over... at SS Bell should be fine.. I think our secondary isint as bad as some people think..

If we were to sign Hamlin it would make no sense to me, with Allen being our FS of the future.. We need to take a CB in the draft... hopefully Chris Houston is avaliable in the 2nd..

Johnson would be a great option for ST and depth IMO..
