I was in the bar last night and they had ESPN on and Quite Frankly was on. I couldn't hear the volume but on the screen it had "Saban calls players messups". Did anyone see this? I was wondering what it was but I'm sure it's nothing really because I don't see it anywhere around here; just curious.

This was a week or 2 ago. I believe the exact quote was
"I don't know how to coach mess-ups."

he did not..he said he didn't coach "messups"... he was talking about plays, not players. stephan a is an *******

Stephan A is a complete *******. But Saban DID call the players mess-ups, in a roundabout way. There is no denying that.

WHAT HE REALLY WANTED TO SAY WAS " I NEED MORE TALENTED PEOPLE HERE"

I call Steven A the "Angry Brotha." He knows his NBA and should stick to this and not the NFL. Maybe Saban was letting off some steam but he can only do so much...the players have to execute for him and so far they haven't.

he wasn't calling his players messups at all .. you all read into things too much or not enough .. he's talking about(for example) all the dropped balls that went off of WRs hands or DBs hands and saying they were in possition to make the play they just didn't catch the ball .. and saying they just messed up .. and there's no way to correct that .. they have to make those plays .. he wasn't saying these guys are messups who can't do anything right .. he's just saying the opportunities to create plays were there and the plays weren't made .. there's no way to coach that .. its just mental and the players have to make those plays

Stepen A. is a babbling idiot anyhting he says you can't take seriously.

:yeahthat:

Stephen A is unbelievably obnoxious. He has this whole in-your-face persona and that is why he has his own damn show now.

I didn't like his reaction to the basket-brawl last year but I do like some of what he says about the NBA, but unfortunately ESPN has people covering every aspect of sports instead of letting everyone focus on a strength.
