I love how he talks down to them. I am sure this will get annoying come Week 3 or 4, but right now this is great.

These Monday afternoon press conferences just became TIVO worthy.

I usually frown upon coaches who talk down to the media and act all high and mighty when dealing with them. I mean everyone has a job, respect the people doing their job.

But its always fun to watch the media push a guys buttons when they know they can push them.

Yep and they know that he hates them aswell. That is the reason why he doesn't like to have PC because of the media.

but because the media knows this they will push his buttons. Everytime he goes off and raises his voice, he is just feeding into it.

This ain't Mich St or LSU.......he will learn to play the game better.

Yeah, respect the people doing their job. It seems to me that the media here in South Florida have shown little respect for the Phins, the coaching staff and the owner. I'm glad to see Saban give some of it back to them. Maybe the majority of the sportswriters should remember to do unto others as.......well I'm sure you know the rest. ;)

oh please. the media has a job! little respect for the fins? Give me a break. The media's job isn't to be schills for the team

The media's job isn't to criticize everything the team does either.

The media's job is to report what is going on.

Yep, the media just pushed Saban's bad mood. But atleast they made him smile now.

When the franchise hires guys who quits a week later. Then re-organize the front office and change the names on their business cards and pretend that changes are made. Then have their franchise player quit to smoke weed.....I think the media can do some digging as to what the hell is going on with this football organization.

They are just asking him some stupid questions! If they asked him something that made since I'm sure he wouldnt mind answering those questions. But they are asking nothing but What If questions.

EVERY PRESS CONFERENCE IS THAT WAY THOUGH! Watch any press conference. Each reporter has orders from their boss to ask certain questions. No matter if 8 guys before you already asked them. That's the business.

I understand that but if he wants to give a smart azz answer then that is his right also!

Sure, but don't expect any breaks in the reporting though!

How about being objective and unbiased. That includes reporting on the good things as well, not just the negatives. This is sports for crying out loud and the local media shouldn't be acting like the editorial board of the NY Times.
