HE CARES MORE ABOUT HIS STATUS AS A HEAD COACH THEN THE TEAMS FUTURE(STARTING THE YOUNG GUYS WOULD GIVE THEM SOME EXPERIENCE SO THAT WHEN THE RETIREMENT HOME FILLS WITH DOLPHINS PLAYERS THAN THEY WOULD HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE):fire::fire::fire:

what a stupid statement... he wants to win, that's what he and all those guys on the roster a paid to do...you must be one of those we need to tank for picks guys eh... and/or a closet Saban hater

Umm, how about the fact that he wants to win...Isnt that what the whole aspect of playing a game is...to win...This thread sucks just as bad as your thought process...Can I come visit in never-never land when I need a break from reality?

(sigh)

Yet another example of someone who desperately needs to stop wasting my oxygen. Over and over again, Sackmaster99 keeps frivolously breathing in and out air that I might need in 50-60 years.

C'mon genius, what do you want him to do? Lose? To the Jets? Can you possibly want that to happen? We were just (gulp) swept by the Bills. Do 'ya really think that we should now roll over to the Jets as well?

Sure, let's pull the starters and lose the last two games. Great idea, Einstein!

We really need to modify the thread rating system ... for some of these, one star is simply not low enough.

I'm with you SackMaster... Saban is such a scumbag. Winning??? Why the hell did we hire Saban again? All he cares about is winning... hes such a loser...

Not sure if I agree with the poster or not, but I don't think he is deserving of this criticism.

Remember, people RIPPED Wannstedt for going all-out to beat the Jets in the meaningless last game (of 2003?) just so he could say he went 10-6. Most claimed that we should have played Sage, etc to see if he was any good.

It's a similar situation here. The real question, is would it be in the best interest of the team for Lemon to have a couple of games to see how he looks in a "real" game situation. Or see how Evans/Vickerson/Alabi look going for a full game. Are these guys players that we can count on next year, or are they just fodder? I think this is a very important question. If Evans/Vickerson look like the real deal, maybe we are ok parting with Holiday or Bowens.

I am not sure if Saban is being jealous or not. I do think it would be in the Fins best interest to see what these guys bring to the table. I think the players would be smart enough to understand that.

There is a difference between "trying to lose" and playing other players to see if they are good.

Oh, I agree that we should start Lemon and give some real playing time to guys like Fred Evans, Vickerson, Alabi, and JAllen.

I just think the poster is stupid for thinkin Saban is actually thinking about this losing record thing...
