Saban needs to look in the mirror

Look I am still a fan of Saban, but Nick needs to take a look in the mirror and see whats wrong. Saban I believe is still a good coach but he needs to reexamine some of his personel decisions specifically at offensive cooridinator, quarterback, and too much faith in his offensive line coach to work miracles. Saban its seems can be too prideful, stubborn and hard headed for his own good.:shakeno:

Good observation...To say nothing of the defensive scheme he uses...its got way too many parts to it...the reliance on flawless coordination between the secondary and the rest of the team is way too high. Any small mis-execution and you are exposed to a big play. Seems like we have good athletes back there, but they are somewhat stifled by the system we run.

Time will tell, but the worse thing that could have happened is the 6-game winning streak last year...it gave the fans false hopes and expectations.

Maybe it will all work out in the end, but, as a life-long dolphin fan, I am resetting my expectations, for this year at least. If we win 5 games, I think that would be a good accomplishment.

O coordinator is looking like a bad hire.
Supposedly he came highly touted by some to him though.

OL is not his fault.
This unit has needed a complete overhaul for years now.
When you have as many holes as this team had they aren't going to be fixed overnight. You can't buy a team like the Yankees do every year when you're in a league with a salary cap.

Teams are built through the draft bottom line not through FA. It's going to take about 4 years drafting for Saban to build "his" team.

I can agree with that but I cannot overlook that he is allowing Mularkey to abandon the running game even when it IS working!!!!!
