The press conference is about to show at 1:20 PM on ESPN 2/ ESPN News. You can also stream it live from miamidolphins.com right. Saban should talk about the lame play calling in the end zone and how evans got more yards then ricky and ronnie combined. He should also tlak about how proud of the D he is besides the secondary. Should be interesting.

Not on now.....they are talking about TO (UGH !!! )

I am predicting alot of excuses. He will talk about how they played well in the first half (because they did). Then, he will say how Miami failed to capitalize on some plays that ended up killing drives (no kidding). He will then talk about how proud he is of the team for fighting till the end, and how great it was that they stayed it the game till the end. BUT, he will say how Miami needs to learn how to step up and finish games off in those situations (once again, no kidding).

Saban never comes out in the press and says what he REALLY thinks. Watch for subtlties because that is all we will get. Hints and clues into what he is really thinking. But maybe I will be wrong? Maybe he will come straight out and say what problems Miami has. But I doubt it.

At work. Can someone please post an outline of what he says? Thanks.

He's talking glowingly about the Patriots front 7...

Then he said "there were plays to be made in the passing game with some more consistency catching the football".

Why? I mean if Gus can pass for 300+ yards against the Pats he deserves to keep his job. If Chambers could actually catch we would have won that that game an Gus would be a hero.

On Linehan and the offense:

"There has been a lot of improvement....when something does'nt work you'll get second guessed..."

"I've always thought you think of players not plays in critical situations"

Yep. Nuff said.

On the Daniels P.I. call (again):

"I spoke to the guy (the official who made the call) and he he held the guys hand...then that's defensive holding not P.I."

Man, Nick, I understand that you can't undermine your coordinator's authority until the day he gets fired, I just sincerely hope you're tabulating all this info and will make sure that Scott Linehan is not our offensive coordinator in 2006.
