His opening comments "both will start, even if one is at Center and the other is TE"...its said so sarcastically to the press. He stresses how silly it is to worry about who starts and how meaningless it is in the big scheme of things.
Saban flat out cracks me up. Love how he handles the press, and how he never goes off message. His consistency of message alone will help the players stay focused and on task.
This will be Saban's-way or the highway in the long run. But in the long run I really think players around the league will lean toward joining this style of organziation.
Saban doesnt seem to be a task master that players hate to suit up for. Rather he seems to be focused and simply holds players accountable and constantly reinforces expectations...how would you not want to play for this guy?
