IMO, the fins are gonna eventually be behind the 8 ball if he doesn't let go of his GM duties.

Your D is getting old. He's been hiring guys like Bennie Anderson, LJ Shelton.etc.
Tell him to stop looking at players with questionable characters. They may do well for a season or 2 (if even) before they get back to their ways and then you'll either have to draft one all over again or get one via FA.

The Pats , Jets and bills are building via the draft and going with youth in the FA. If Saban inisist on grabbing has beens, he's not gonna have consistency when you have to find replacements year after year.

Saban doesn't ignore input from Randy Mueller. They work together, although Nick has the final say.

But he believes it doesn't have to be either, or. As in all vets or all rookies. He believes in building with both. You need a blend. We've had some pretty good drafts.

But we need two more really good drafts if this team is to get where it wants to go.

the Pats would not be as good if BB didn't have his GM. I still think Saban is one hell of a coach.

It's just that the personnel on this team is vastly overrated.

I think the fins are just off to a bad start. I'm not sure if Culp has his confidence just yet.

Who makes the decisions to take guys like Anderson and LJ Shelton anyways? :confused:

Personel is very overrated. But my god, SHELTON mustve blown his assignment like 4 times. the O-Line is GOD AWFUL
