i just got my dolphin digest and for those of you who dont subscribe to it, this is what he said...starts by saying dont expect me to name starters anytime soon...its all about competition and evaluation... he continues by saying he is pleased with feeley and frerotte...he wants both qbs to improve and develope...nick is excited about training camp...he wants to be efficient...he is not big on 2 a days in miami...the team will practice in the morning, at night and the next afternoon (2-1-2-1 philosophy)...its more effective and efficient, less injuries and less heat related problems...more players practicing than if there were more practices...several tempos used in practice which creates a mind-set for the players...i really think that saban will succeed in miami...i cant guarantee that saban will bring us a super bowl victory but we have a chance with st. nick...
