Is Nick the GM or Randy Mueller? Saban needs to also have a
reality check and let Randy do the work if that is not the case.
Also Saban has to lean towards another QB if Culpepper does not come back to form. Joey can not be the lead QB for this team. Sorry to say!
We need more talent allover please.

give the guy a break...hasnt even been here two years...im pretty sure he knows harrington cant be the starter....whether you think it or not he knows more then you and me..

Saban is still the best coach since Shula..which may not be sayin much but it is saying something

Sabans system requires he take the best player available at draft time.Don't get all excited though, cause your idea and mine, of the best player, may not exactly be the same as Nick's.

Nick's got 'decent' eyes...and he is the "GM"...Randy runs the Blackberry...look, I'm as disappointed as all Finfans are; but there's young talent on this squad, some that are getting some snaps, and some that are waiting to get on the field: Roth, Vickerson, Evans, Peele, Allen, Alabi, Hagan, Berger, DT Rod Wright, FB Kyle Eckel, RB Pat Cobbs, WRs Vick/Gibson, DBs Mitchell/Hunt...next years draft we'll have ALL our picks...maybe a couple extra...and a HUGE cap warchest ($$$)...this is the 'low' we had to get to...only way to the "promised land" is through the fire...(Shadrack, Meschak, Abednego)...heck, I betcha Jason Allen gets a pick in Chitown this weekend, and takes it to the house!

Not true...we traded away our second round pick for Daunte Culpepper, which is looking like a steal for the Vikings so far. :shakeno:

Wasn't that trade for LAST YEARS 2nd round pick??? We will have all our picks in this next draft, and everything will be ok, the sky is not falling and none of us are going to die anytime soon unless your an idiot and off yourself.

but it is next years 5th or 6th for Harrington. So we won't have ALL of our draft picks, but we will for once have all of our first day picks.

:tantrum: Right now he has no eye for talent right now.... he is in over his head...Hiren Mike Bucaki is very evident and says it all.

I have no idea what the last half of your thought was, and honestly I'm not real sure you do either.

Hiren Mike Mularky(whistle) hello any1 that hires him has no i for talent...U ablo now?

I'm not sure its Saban's eye for talent per say. I think its his inability to get the people he wants. My understanding is that in 2005 he wanted to trade down but couldnt and in 2006 he wanted Jay Cutler but couldnt get him. In free agency I think he also was unable to bring in his A list of choices. I think his first two offseasons have a lot of B choices. I'm not sure about this but I remember hearing something to that effect
