Okay, I have seen plenty of press talks with Saban. The way this guy talks, he's eyes, I get the feeling this guy could snap at any moment. He is down right weird! His eye's give that spooky feeling! :eek:

Is it just me that feels that way?

I hope the players think the same thing!
 
Intense and focused and could care less about the media. Actually seems annoyed at most of their questions. Uses a lot of Ricky type answers:evil:

He's probably wondering what the hell he got himself into...

He sees this team is flawed and has a long way to go before we can compete the way he wants us to...

I love the guy..The whole brook-trout thing was pure genius..

I cracked up with that, but watch his eyes the next time he talks, he has that pshyco killer look, his eyes move all over the place, but seem to be looking at nothing! I think he is thinking about something different while he is talking about something else!
 
He just seems like someone who's speaking on auto-pilot. His mind is off game planning, or busy manipulating the interview. He could be a scary politician.

I think hes very black and white. he no bullsh#t. direct and to the point. I like him. Knows exactly what he wants to say and doesnt fudge it up or sound indecisive.

  • It's football 101. Compete, Dominate, Mental Toughness, Team, Conditioning, Execution, Perserverence, Over-achieve, Accountability, etc.
We have been missing these basic football concept for years.... it's refreshing to get it back..imo.

And that fact he could give a hoot about our local media.... they have been spoon fed for years.... some are starting to "get it" and now know they need to ask the right kind of questions if they want to be taken seriously.

Please..it's "couldn't care less"...saying you "could" care less suggests there is some level of giving a crap about something is currently higher that what it could be, which means you do care. Sorry...just being anal...people get this wrong all the time.

I doubt that......it was no secret this team crashed last year after 5 years of being "Wannstedted", Chicago Bears fans got "Wannstedted" for 6 years.

I think what you are seeing is a Psyche major who is very good at it work on the psyches of his football team.

He is building a mentality among this team that will make them champions one day.

He was under no illusion that he was walking into a "ready-made" situation.
